The successful candidate will be responsible for handling sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various shop duties. Weekly Day Range : Monday to Friday - Every Weekend

*Must be 18 years of age or older*

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and deliver friendly, efficient service
  • Accurately process transactions using cash, credit, and debit cards
  • Keep the checkout area clean and organized
  • Respond to customer questions and provide product details
  • Support product demonstrations and promotional activities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when needed
  • Stay informed about current sales and promotions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and direct them to the products they need
  • Share accurate details about features, pricing, and after-sales services to help customers make informed decisions
  • Compare features and prices of different products to guide customers towards the best fit for their needs
  • Recommend additional products that enhance the customer's initial purchase
  • Ensure shelves and racks are always well-stocked and organized
  • Manage customer returns efficiently and professionally
  • Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional customer service, especially during busy periods
  • Inform customers about ongoing discounts and special offers
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services
