Job DescriptionResponsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver friendly, efficient service
- Accurately process transactions using cash, credit, and debit cards
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized
- Respond to customer questions and provide product details
- Support product demonstrations and promotional activities
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when needed
- Stay informed about current sales and promotions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
